Rename Cancelled Files Capability

It would be very helpful to be able to rename a canceled file that is attached to an active listing file. Currently, it reads: "Cancelled Transaction 10/24/23" because that's the date I canceled the file - not necessarily when the parties to the contract terminated it. If an admin could change it to read "Canceled w/ agent John Doe 10/10/23", we could more easily differentiate between canceled files. This would be especially helpful when there are multiple canceled files on one listing.
