Opening Escrow Message (Default) and Selecting Contact Information

Hello,

When opening escrow for a listing, I like that you can send the seller information and contract to the title/escrow company. When initially sending a new escrow, the title company doesn't have any escrow # or transaction # as the default message says. I realize you can change it, but it would be great if we, as users, could change the new message to what we want as the default. The current message just creates extra emails and confusion as they respond that there isn't one yet.

Next, I would love to be able to include the Selling Agent (buyers agent) in this introductory email to the title/escrow company as it would save an additional email to the agent. Currently the Sellers information would be included and I don't want the buy side to have this information. It would be great if you had the option of deselecting the sellers information. Apple Contacts for example now allows you to select what info you want included in a contact share.
