RequesterNow that my agents are using Skyslope Forms, they are setting up, what I call a "shell" in Skyslope. If their Listing and/or Contract gets signed/ratified, not a problem. BUT a lot of the time, mainly with Contracts (or Transactions, as you call them), the Contract is not being accepted by the Seller and so there is no ratified Contract and thus no documents to upload into the "shell". The only way to make the "shell" go away is to Cancel/Withdraw it. I have a lot of files with no documents and have no reason for being kept. If there are no documents, why can't Admin staff be allowed to Delete the empty "shell"? If not Delete, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come up with a way to get this clutter out of the system.
