It would be really helpful if there were a section for Drafts or not yet Ratified or Active listings. It would be very helpful to our brokers or staff that review the files if there were a section to differentiate between the listings and transactions that were created for the agent to work on but not yet ready to be turned into the broker. When you open the transactions and listings sections, there can be a separate section like the canceled ones where you put those transactions/listings that are merely works in progress. Then depending on the status it can be moved to active or cancelled.
Technically on the checklist tab, you can do this with the status, however, someone has to go into the listing and transactions section, and manually change them With multiple people working on files, sometimes you need more than 1 status. It also doesn't give an accurate picture of how many "active" listings or transactions you have.
