Auto split issue

Good afternoon,

I just wanted to let you know that the Auto Split option in documents does not work.  It only issues a couple of pages of a document, if you are lucky, to the correct area.  All others are assigned to Other and only one page per entry.  When you have 40 to 60 pages that is a mess.  I know that you can Clear Suggestions, but the Auto Split should be an option, it should not split automatically.  Anyone not familiar with Skyslope will work from that split and it is a mess.  I have no issue clearing the suggestions and separating the forms myself, but I have to work with files that other people do themselves and it is a hassle.

The auto split is not a helpful tool.  Often it splits documents into the incorrect line and if if does not recognize a document it will name it "other".  I would suggest that you allow users to completely disable this feature if they do not find it helpful - not just "clearing suggestions" but allowing the user to disable the tool.  It's not useful or helpful.

I have a suggestion for the AI trigger words for the Square Footage label. Is there a way to add "Floor Plan" to the words that triggers the assigning of document title when you add them? So many of our square footage docs are called "Floor Plan" that it would be helpful if the AI could just recognize that and assign it the correct document title. Thank you!

At this time Auto-Split and Assign is the default option as the tool learns through usage! If the appropriate Checklist items weren’t identified, you can manually select the correct Checklist item. Every time you use this tool, it will get smarter and smarter, identifying and splitting more and more documents for you automatically! I've also documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments.
