RequesterYou must have someone there who is skilled in programming that can set up the system to recognize a logo in an email so that it is not added to the documents.
I am working on a file with a ton of correspondence/emails and each time the attorney sends their email the system adds their logo to the documents. I have now spent more then 30 minutes opening images to make sure they are logos and not important photos/images and then moving them to the trash folder.

RequesterYou cannot possibly understand all of the egos that go into the emails that are received from agents and attorneys alike who insist on including their photos and logos and awards and designation logos to every single email they send out! These are being extracted everytime they send an email !!!!! Please find a programmer who can somehow fix this issue!

RequesterYES!! I had over 30 images added to my documents because it pulled in all of the signature lines from the lender in our back and forth communication. Fixing this would be really helpful
