Miscellaneous Documents - Ability to Show as Required or "If Applicable" on Checklists

I would really like the ability to make a Miscellaneous Document required from within the checklists section on Skyslope Transactions.  Right now it allows you to check "if applicable" but it doesn't allow you to enforce that the agents using upload a miscellaneous document.  There are sometimes documents that don't fit into one of the existing categories and are indeed miscellaneous, but they're not showing up as required because the system doesn't allow us to enforce that.
