It's hard for an auditor to know if an agent is in the process of loading the file or has abandoned it permanently without being able to view the log to see see progress and when they created the file. We don't want to delete the file prematurely and it's hard to keep track of dozens of incomplete files with an office that carries large volume of deals. These Incomplete files can get out of hand really quickly. My suggestion is for the Log to be available sooner.

Hi Crystal,
Tyler here from the Product team at SkySlope. Thank you for this feedback! I can definitely see how wanting to see the log at an earlier stage would help with seeing the status of incomplete files. I will record this feedback and pass it along to our Product Manager in charge of this. Thanks again!
