Need an area where auditor and other admin/agent can write notes and leave the timeline there to see if termite has been ordered or something has been requested. Current area for notes is removed once you type over it (not going to go into the log section; not efficient)

Would it be beneficial to see this note section on the checklist where the comments are?
Would you want to have the notes in their own tab within the transaction instead?
