RequesterOregon allows brokers to represent both sides of one transaction. Currently, if you create a transaction and choose "Both Listing & Purchase / Landlord & Tenant", the checklists only include the Sales Documentation and the Closing Documents. It does not include the Listing Documentation section.
To do that, you have to first create a listing, THEN accept a contract and put in the same information... again. This is so many extra/repeated steps and causes agents to have cancel transactions just to recreate them again. Many of our agents don't put their listings into skyslope. We just use the platform for transaction managing, which makes it frustrating to have to go through so many extra steps. We would LOVE TO SEE the ability to create a double-sided transaction from the transaction screen.

RequesterHi there,
The problem isn't with the checklists themselves. The problem is in how and when they are available. The Listing Checklist isn't available if you create a transaction as a double-sided agent from the transaction screen.

AgentHi Bret!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! Checklists are currently managed by admins or brokers at your brokerage. A new checklist could be created that captures both Buyer and Seller side information, check out this useful guide for more details. Additionally, any existing checklists can be edited to better suite your needs, including limiting the amount of listing information required. Here is an article on editing checklists that may be useful.
If you have any other questions about creating new Checklists, don't hesitate to contact our 24/7 Support Team! We are are available by phone at 800.507.4117, send an email over to [email protected] or start live chat with us at support.skyslope.com.
