Differentiate Pending Transactions

It would be helpful to differentiate the pending transactions by sales listing vs buyer listing. I would like to know which of my pending transactions are actual listings of our office without having to manually click into each transaction.

Would it be helpful to have the list of pending transactions separated by seller/buyer when navigating into manage transactions from the dashboard?
If these are separated would you like to see the names of the seller/buyer within the list of transactions to refer to or just the property address?
