RequesterIt would be great if we could chat with an agent to get a quick answer vs. having to watch videos (since we don't have anything to read to scroll for the answer) just to spend 3 minutes to discover the answers we are looking for are not in that video.

RequesterPlease install a Send button on Chat platform like all other web-page Chat app designers do. It took me a few minutes ti determine I had to push keyboard Enter button to respond to Chat agent. Of course a moot point now since learning the SkySlope Enter-button way. Just sayin’.
