Include possession date on transaction page

when you click on a specific transaction, it would be an added bonus to include next to the completion date, the possession date in the detailed section of the transaction in question (at the top of the transaction page/tab). This could also be added to the notification section where an email could be sent to the realtor

Would you like to see this feature of the possession date within the SkySlope file and in the list view of pending transactions?
Would it be beneficial for a notification to be sent to the realtor or admin when the possession date is approaching within a certain range of days?
