How do I write on an Uploaded Document?

I uploaded a BINSR that I received from the buying agent, I do not have any options for writing or responding to the BINSR via page 3. How do you write on a PDF document after it has been uploaded in SKYSLOPE?

Are you uploading this into Forms or DigiSign to write on this form?
Currently, in DigiSign you are able to add text fields as needed when you are preparing a form for signature, please see below.
