Flagging a file

It would be great if there was a way to mark a file with a "red flag" for an incomplete file as a whole, or have the last comment typed stay on the line and not disappear behind with a small arrow, which can be easily missed. A red flag prompt at the top would be great for keeping communication open with all (front end staff, back end staff, and even agents) for our company. Thanks much!

Would you like to see this flag displayed in the list of transactions on each file necessary or within the file itself?
Would it be beneficial to have the flag also displayed when you search the file and see a preview of the transaction?
