We would really like the ability to make our own reports and customize reports please.

One more thing - we also need all of the reports to have a column showing which side we're on (Listing or Purchase).

I would like to be able to choose the fields included in a report, as well as what the report is gathering. For instance, the Closed Report doesn't have MLS # included, so I would love to be able to add that to my version of it.
I would also like a pending report that has a closing date range to plan for future closings.
