RequesterI need the ability to to customize my checklist as an agent, and require certain documents that my brokerage doesn't require. All agents give different levels of service, and just because it isn't legally required, I don't want to miss/ have my assistant miss something that I deem very important. Without that ability, I have to create a checklist elsewhere, it's tedious to have to address two checklists. Please make this a useful tool for agents, not just management.

I can definitely see the value in setting your own requirements in addition to what a brokerage may require. In the interim, I recommend requesting your broker/admin to add the items you'd like to see as "optional" checklist items. I have recorded your feedback and will keep this thread up to date with any changes!
