RequesterThink it would be great to have a way to notify brokerage staff or TC support when a document or set of documents is uploaded to SkySlope checklist. Just like now, when the staff reviews a document and updates the agent that things have been requested/approved. This feature would make it a two-way street vs. having to check each file to see if anything new has been updated/added.

RequesterAbsolutely, please do - happy to work through these. I think they may be a benefit to many brokerages' processes.

RequesterHi Kallie,
Thanks for taking the time to consider and write back. Some considerations:
For admin, perhaps we could have a "notifications" bell - like many social media companies use. These could be the laundry list of "new documents uploaded." So that admin could have a quick glimpse of who uploaded docs and be able to jump in and review those as they come in.
That could even get cooler (and probably more complicated) by removing those notifications as soon as they are reviewed. Sort of like a built-in checklist for new documents uploaded.
Another solution could be like what currently exists for admin. Once an agent uploads their docs, they could click a button that says, "Notify admin." Perhaps on the backend, admin could assign themselves to specific files, too. This could also help with division of labor on the brokerage staff side? When the agent says "notify admin" - an email could be generated and sent to whoever is assigned to that file?
I think this begins to create a "dashboard" of sorts for admin - where they can see things like "new uploads not reviewed"...
I'm sure you all can create a great user experience regardless of my suggestions :). The HOW is something you could accomplish very well without my input.
The end result that would help us is...
"How can I quickly/easily see that an agent has uploaded the things we requested?" Notification - you have 10 new documents to review... Or, notification to broker/admin - I uploaded my docs you asked for!
"Can we divide up the work so that specific admin are assigned to specific files?" As we have more transactions, it will be nice to know exactly who is responsible for what file review.
Thanks again!

AgentHi John!
Kallie from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! I've documented this and had a few questions for you in regards to this request.
- How often would you like to be notified when the documents are uploaded? - ( i.e daily or per document uploaded?)
- Would it be beneficial for these notifications to be sent to the broker/auditor or access for any admin assigned?
- Do you think an email notification is the most accurate process to receive these updates or are there other suggestions on how the admin should be notified?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks again and have a great day!
