When using the search bar to search for a particular property.. it is extremely frustrating to see 4+ files for the SAME property and NOT being to tell which client is associated with that file.  You have to open each one to determine who it belongs to as they all look identical. I should be able to see at least the Clients Last name.

Thank you for Inquiring.   In this instance yes, we are representing the seller. There have been issues with the land/septic so multiple buyers have pulled out of the deal. It would be so convenient to include something specific about each particular transaction to differentiate them.  For me, that would be the Clients Name. As for placement.. either of these will work.

Hi Danielle and John!

Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! We know it can be frustrating when things don't work as expected and this is great feedback. Couple of questions for you -

  • In the instance of this property, is your brokerage representing the seller? Are there this many duplicate files because it has previously been cancelled?
  • Where would you envision the clients name populating? What about the agreement date?

Thanks again and have a great day!

Yes to this!  Or even better add a date at the end.
