We'd like for there to be help texts included on the commission tab. This would prevent agents from clicking the personal deal tab for personal referrals. Or from entering referral details when they are the originating agent.

This would also be helpful on the Transaction tab to educate agents on how to choose Type (Representation) and Checklist Type.

The help text could change depending on the Type (Representation) and Checklist Type options chosen. Or the brokerage could write in the help text for their agents, similar to the checklist.

That would depend on how user-friendly the customization would be. If it is similar to the checklist process, yes.

Would it be useful to have the ability to add help text anywhere in the transaction process? I see you mentioned Commission, Representation Type, and Checklist type, but are there additional areas you can think of?

Agents tend to get deer-in-headlights syndrome while using Skyslope. So worried they are going to input the wrong information and 'break it'. This results in incomplete files. Anywhere there is a required red asterisk would be appropriate areas.
