Why does spouse or secondary information not get integrated when importing contacts?

I recently imported a CSV however the spouse or secondary names and contact were not included and there is no way to add them other than to create a new client. Just wondering if this feature will come available?

  • Can you please clarify what you mean by "secondary names"? Are you referring to when there are 2 buyers on a transaction, for example?
  • To confirm, is the second contact not importing at all or just not as desired?
  • Is the desired outcome to import contacts as a group from the .csv step?
  • Would you be open to speaking more with our team on this topic in the future?
