Currently, when an agent responds to an update made by an admin, the email goes to the admin's email address. This is inefficient and creates miscommunication and confusion amongst agents and admins since we are not all seeing these emails. It would be much more helpful to have some sort of communication dashboard where agents and admins can communicate about their files. Each file should have their own log to communicate within.

Hi Amy!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! This request makes a lot of sense. I've documented this and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments. Couple of questions for you -
Would you expect any admin/broker to be able to communicate with the agent this way?
Would strictly a chat feature suffice, or would photos and documents also need to be supported in this dashboard?
Are there any other communications improvements you'd like to see within SkySlope?
Looking forward to your reply! Thanks again and have a great day!
