Freeze Property Info

It would be great if the top section of the file, with the property info, would 'freeze' so that it does not disappear when I scroll down the page. We're in and out of so many files, that it would be SUPER HELPFUL to always see the property info. Also, can we get a 'back to the top' button? Our checklists are long, so we constantly scrolling. Thanks!

Are there any details that could be added to the property information section that would be more useful?
