There HAS to be a better way to handle intermediary

My brokerage doesn't like how the buyer's agent can see all of the listing documents so our buyer's agents are having to create a Transaction File to keep those docs private. When an intermediary file is created like Skyslope intends, the listing docs should be hidden from the buyer's agent's view. This is the single most challenging issue in Skyslope we have faced.

Hello!

Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you both for reaching out and providing this feedback! Couple of questions for you so we can better understand this request -

  • Currently, are buyer's agents being added as a co-agent to the listing file so they share the file?
  • To confirm, is this only an issue for the brokerage's double ended transactions?
  • The ideal solution would be to only review a document once, regardless of which party submitted it?
  • Would it be preferred for the file to only be combined on the admin/broker side? Or for both the agents and admin?

Thank you so much! Looking forward to your reply!

This is a great idea! We have the same problem and end up doing double entry and review. It would be amazing to combine those files and have it so the buyer's agent couldn't see the listing file.
