Custom or Miscellaneous file under documents section
To clean up the main document files it would be nice to have a miscellaneous file to add documents that pertain to the transaction like all the HOA, CCR's and other items that do not make it on the checklist but still need to be kept on file.
Or even if we have the option to add customized files to documents section to further organize.
