Notifications Bar on Skyslope & Task from Agent to TC

Hi,

1.) I would love to have a notification bar on top of SkySlope so as a TC, I would know/ be notified if an agent or someone is uploading a document or a file in each property.

2.) As a TC, it would be great if tasks menu has a way to tag the person and be notified at the same time in case an agent may need to give tasks accomplished within the day or has a specific deadline on a task.

Are there any other notifications you'd like to see added?
How frequently do you encounter same day tasks that you mentioned in your second point?
