How do I enter a land purchase?

Thank you for reaching out! We recommend reaching out to your brokerage as they may have a custom checklist and you'll want to confirm with them. If representing the seller, you'll choose "Create a Listing." If representing the buyer, you'll choose "Create a Transaction." If your brokerage has it available, you'll choose a checklist the contains verbiage like "lot" or "land."
