Suggestion - Additional info for Transaction Notification Emails

To Whom It May Concern-

I am hoping that you could add a little more info to the automated email an agent receives after a new transaction or listing is created. Currently the email has a sentence: 
 
35-35A Maple Street, Dover, NH 03820 is scheduled to close on 03/14/2022. Please submit the remaining required documentation, as outlined below.
 
Could you add this to the end: 
 
You don't need to download and upload documents between tools. You can email or forward emails to [email protected] with attached documents directly to your file. 
 
Agents would have an immediate way to get docs into the file. Curious if that is possible.
