RequesterIt would helpful to have a notification or icon (similar to docs for review) of the main screen that shows me (as the TC) that documents have been uploaded to a record (listing or transaction) but not assigned. It could be on the documents for review page or a separate page. As agents are busy and sending documents in to the record they are not assigned until I review and assign or the agent has time to assign. some sort of notification or list would be helpful for the TC. Let me know if you need clarification on my suggestion.

RequesterThank you, I am aware you can tell which documents have been assigned if you go into each record. A TC should not have to access each transaction/listing each day to see if a document was uploaded. My suggestion is that a TC have a way to see what transaction/listing has had docs uploaded in a similar manner like "Documents to Review" - from the main screen. This would be a great time saver for busy agency's like ours.

RequesterIt would be nice, as a Limited TC, to be notified if one of my agents drops a document into one of their files or updates a file in any way. that way, we don't keep asking for a document they have already uploaded themselves.

Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out! When in the documents tab, you can identify documents that are not assigned to the checklist by checking under the "Assigned" column for a paper clip icon.
