Sort by Stage in Incomplete Checklists

There should be a way to sort by Stage when in Incomplete Checklists. This would allow an admin to review a file based on a particular stage.

Thanks Carleigh - It would be helpful to include the MLS # appear when viewing a list of documents on the Manage Transaction section. This feature exists on the Managing Listings section, but is not included once it is switched to a transaction. This is helpful to have when agents created duplicate file, have multiple files open for the same property (such as listing a home for sale and rent) or when multiple sales have been opened for other reasons. In order to see which file is which, you have to click open each sales file in multiple windows to compare them to know which is the correct one you're looking for.

I agree with Amy. I am the License & Compliance officer for our larger brokerage and need to review files by their status. For example, I review the expired files that are "past due" and touch base with the agents to get the missing documents or information to complete the file and archive it. It would also be help if a separate window would open up when clicking one of those files for review instead of it opening in the same window. The way it works now, if I click a file open and finish my work in it, I have to start all over again and resort the list of files to find where I left off. It doesn't allow you to go back to where you were in the list automatically. It makes auditing and fixing files very difficult and time consuming.
