Email to all brokers

When the need for communication to all brokers in the log is necessary it would be helpful to not always have to add each individual email address again. A checkbox or some such thing would be great to email all brokers and co brokers on file.

How often do you find that you are emailing all brokers in the log?
Where would you envision the checkbox you mentioned? Next to the "To:" line, or some place else?
