RequesterMore team functionality is needed. Setting up teams as offices is clunky and confusing for agents and team leaders. There's no good way to have a Team Leader be an Auditor of their "Team Office" and just a member of their "Main Office." It is not helpful to have to create multiple accounts for these teams to function normally. Also needs to make sure to follow anything legal having to do with Team and Brokerage Info included in paperwork.

RequesterI want to add to the importance of this feature.. Setting up office for teams is NOT a solution. We simple need to designate a team and who the members are and then set permissions across team members, who is allowed to see who's file. I'm not mentioning team leader because the team may have an admin that will access all team files and "do" their paperwork for them which may not be the leader. The team may want to be able to share all transactions.. We need to give them the flexibility to do so. THEY SHOULD NOT BE AUDITORS! This is simply allow users to share transactions within their designated team.

AgentHi Sam,
Thanks so much for clarifying, that makes sense. One last question for you - How often do you find yourself wanting to use this capability? Is it every transaction or just a few here and there?
Looking forward to your response!

RequesterNo, I would like them to be able to work on those transactions as well. Just like when you add a second agent as a Co-Listing Agent or Co-Buyers Agent, and it allows them full access to that file. I would just like a functionality added, like they have in Forms, where a particular agent, let's say Agent Joe, can share their SkySlope Suite account with Agent Jessica, so that anytime Agent Joe has a New Listing or New Transaction in SkySlope Suite, Agent Jessica has access to it without Agent Joe having to add them as a Co-List or Co-Buyer agent within each individual transaction. This way a Team Leader can have access to their entire teams' files, without having access to the full brokerage account.

AgentHi Sam!
Thank you so much for sharing this! Just to confirm - By sharing the Transaction with your team, you'd like them just to be able to view it and not work on behalf of you correct?

RequesterHello! I second this. To expand on this more, what I would like to see is the Share Your Account feature under the "My Team" section in SkySlope Forms area duplicated in SkySlope Suite so that an agent can login to their SkySlope Suite account, click on their name in the upper right, click on a "My Team" option that would need to be added to that current menu, and then have the below option to add a Team Member that would have access to all of their files in SkySlope Suite.
This would be helpful for brokerage offices that have agent teams within them. In our office, we have 30 agents. There is a team that consists of 5 agents. It would be nice if the Team Leader could be added to the other 4 agents' accounts like they can be in Forms, so they can monitor all of their own team's transactions, without having access to the full brokerage/agents that are not on their team. Does that make sense? I am guessing this would be relatively easy to do since you have the functionality in Forms, but it would be helpful to mimmick that in SkySlope Suite.
