RequesterThe agents listing was changed to "temporarily off market". As an admin, I can only chose to close or cancel the transaction in skyslope. There is no "temporary" option. Please allow us to have the option for "temporary" status.

As an admin, I would also like this status. I found no way to represent a transaction as "temporarily off market" when I looked so now there's a file just hanging around as 'active' where to keep it active I need to input a new 'fake' closing date. This is counterproductive.
I feel strongly your product would be more helpful if it allowed us to have files that synced more closely with the actual transactions we are administering / processing. That last comment was from a year ago and there doesn't seem to be much movement or improvement since that time. There's too many places where Skyslope is very rigid and the user doesn't have the option to add or change fields or definitions in order to make a transaction file make sense in our MLS or area.
If Skyslope is supposed to be more than a rather limited digital filing cabinet, or a less user friendly version of docusign, then I hope you address this. I have no idea how it's okay to put processors in the position of using inaccurate information to make the product work, when we are always being told having accurate information about a transaction in our files is critical if we don't want to get fined by the Real Estate Commission. Very frustrating.
