Cancelled LIsting & Transaction Notifications

Do you know when the cancelled Listing and Transaction notifications are going to be fixed?  We have not been receiving notifications for these since September 2021.  If we don't get a notification we don't always know to put the listing back to active in all our systems.  I have reached out to chat in the past but so far nothing has been fixed.  This is happening for all the admin in our 9 branches.
