A LOT of what we do for a transaction is dependent on the Subject/Condition Removal Date, but this isn’t an entry requirement for the transaction, or an option on the Tasks/Reminders trigger list. (To clarify, we can still add the subject/condition removal date to a transaction on the Transaction tab, it is simply not REQUIRED. It would be even better if it WERE required though.)

It would be very helpful if we could add “Subject/Condition Removal Date” to this list (see snip below), so we can actually start using the SkySlope Task Templates and automate our processes a little bit more.

Honestly, this is the one thing that is preventing me and my whole team of 13 agents, 3 TC’s, and myself, from using this feature. It’s too much work to build a work around for each transaction to create a manual “Other Task” to work as the subjects date.
