Can you create a "sub-type"? So, if I assign a type, like Office Manager or TC to an individual, I would like to link that to a specific group. Or create a tab for teams within the office. That would allow someone to be the TC for their specified group of agents. So: Team Lead A, would have Agent B, C, D and they would all give TC access to TC A.
Thank you for being a great company to do business with and considering all of our suggestions.

Hi Shannon!
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback! You would need to create an Office (ex: "Team Joe"), Joe would be an Office Manager (so he can have visibility of all the files, but no ability to accept/reject documents). Then Agent A, Agent B and Agent C would be assigned to the Office "Team Joe." That way Joe can help those agents with their files. For more information, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager who will be happy to assist!
