Love the feature that allows me to enter comments on a specific task! For instance, if I have a task item labeled "Contact lender/get appraisal date", I usually make a note of each time I reach out to the lender. If the lender responds that there was an issue with getting that scheduled, I typically make another entry with the response. It doesn't happen with every transaction, but I've had quite a few where I've made multiple entries and I'm not able to view them all cause they are too far down. If I had a scroll available, I would be able to just scroll down so I could see all the entries of notes. This is a big way that my agents are able to pull up their file and look at the notes in each of those tasks and see what the history has been. I mean, what's the point of entering the notes if I or my agents can't read them!
