RequesterI think it would be nice to maybe split the comment space in the checklist to allow not only for broker comments but also for agents to keep track of their docs' status like out for seller's or buyer's signature, signed by seller but also need to be signed by buyer when there is one, etc.
Just to be able to have post it for notes.
