RequesterLet me start by stating I love Skyslope!
Now then, for a program that does as much as Skyslope does, I'm amazed it does not offer an automated checklist notification that could email the Selling agent an update status "x" amount of days prior to the closing date of what documents are still required and what docs have been completed.
When a Sales transaction (a Real Estate Contract) is entered into Skyslope one of the required fields is "Close of Escrow". If the admin for the office could choose a default time say 5 days prior to this close of escrow at which time an automatic "update Agent" notice would be emailed to the agent on the transaction this would give them plenty of notice as to what docs still are needed to complete the file. Use the same notice timeline for all agents in the office, so agents are reminded and they don't have to remember or hurry last minute to complete the file AND best of all the Broker/Admin doesn't have to do anything additional to assist the agents .... it happens automatically. Seems to be a simple solution to a nagging issue.
I'm glad to visit more in person about this.
Thanks!

AgentHi Todd!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! I think this is a great idea. Question for you - where would you envision entering this information (same page as the Close of Escrow date, the checklist, etc.)? In the meantime, I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments.
Thanks again and have a great day!
