RequesterWe are trying to streamline tasks for the backend of the paperwork we are doing. The task templates NEED the option to assign an entire template to someone other than the agent or "me". I need to be able to assign a template to Compliance or Accounting, etc. It is so tedious to assign each task individually. The second thing is the option to either double verify that a task is complete (check mark the box and a window pops up to verify task is complete) or the option to un-do an accidentally marked complete task. The task that was inaccurately marked incomplete disappears and then an entire task list has to be uploaded again. We are relying on our task lists to notify the next team member or agent for their part in the transaction and if the task isn't actually complete then we have created a mess! So please consider an un-do or a double verify (or both!) for task items and the ability to assign a task template to literally anyone or any group!
