We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterMy outlook signature line includes my picture and company logo. When I send an email into a file, it captures everything from my signature line and creates images in the document section. If there are multiple conversations with the same signature lines, I have to check every image box to move them to trash folder. Sometimes I end up with 20 images to move to trash. Hopefully this can be looked at.

AgentHi Maria!
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback. Our team is currently aware of this issue and is working on a solution. As a work around, there is a setting in Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016 to send the emails as strict HTML which prevents the images in the signature from being considered attachments/inserted images. Here is an article with more details. Please let us know if you have any additional feedback or questions!
Have a great day & happy SkySloping!
