My outlook signature line includes my picture and company logo. When I send an email into a file, it captures everything from my signature line and creates images in the document section. If there are multiple conversations with the same signature lines, I have to check every image box to move them to trash folder. Sometimes I end up with 20 images to move to trash. Hopefully this can be looked at.

As a work around, there is a setting in Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016 to send the emails as strict HTML which prevents the images in the signature from being considered attachments/inserted images.
