We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterPlease extend the lockout period for inactivity. I'll often step aside for what seems 15 or so minutes and come back and have to login again. Quite annoying.

RequesterAn hour would be ideal. Our MLS system keeps us logged in for 90 minutes. We're constantly juggling while on the computer so going back and forth is frequent.

AgentHi again, Chad!
Thank you for the reply! I agree and definitely see the value in an option like that. I've documented this and we'll continue to keep eyes on this post!
Thanks again for the feedback!

AgentHi Chad and Bill!
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for taking the time to provide us this feedback! Ideally, how long would you prefer before you are logged out for inactivity? In the meantime, I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for more upvotes and comments!
Have a great day and happy SkySloping!

RequesterI think this is a great suggestion! Also if you could check a box to remember your credentials like many other sites.

RequesterI agree with Bill and forgot to mention that. I think this would all be avoided with a "Keep Me Logged In" option. Working from home I have no worries of someone stealing any information.
