Header Section Customization

Requester

We would like to have the ability to show on the header section of the checklist which staff member is assigned to the file. Can we get the ability to add a field? In speaking with chat, David suggested that I add the request here. The internal request from him should be 1547780.

Hi there.....if we had the ability to add subject removal/condition removal date to the header that would be a huge help...
