Reviewing a file while the agent is uploading their documents

I was alerted to review a file and the agent sent me an email saying she is in the file and to give her time. I surely do not want to be in a file while the agent is working. Is there a way to get an alert to review a file after so many minutes of a file not being active so I would know when they may be finished? Most documents were uploaded so I had no way of knowing she was still in the process. Just wondering if this is, or will be possible.

I have yet to hear anything about this request.

Is this even a possibility to have some type of color-coded alert on the screen so we know when an agent is logged into the file?
