RequesterHello, When I am creating a new listing - it would be incredible - to type in the APN of the property to pull in the tax records so no clerical errors are made when entering information in, such as year built etc etc.
Perhaps I am missing this part (or haven't found it yet)
Creating a cover sheet for the transaction so that all the data can be filled in on one page and it can propagate throughout the documents. Parties involved in the transaction, lenders and vendors etc etc.
