In SkySlope, cancelled files aren't archived in the same location as closed files - instead after an agent cancels a transaction, the file will be marked as pending approval. You can then "approve" the cancellation, which will move the file out of the Manage Transactions page and into Cancelled Contracts. I've included a step-by-step tutorial here!
