RequesterWho is in charge of the requirements for REAL Broker transactions? I should send my suggestions to them. When we are the Listing Broker, it should not populate a required document holder for a Buyer Rep Agreement unless it is an Intermediary Transaction. Even then the Buyer's Agent is going to have their own transaction in Skyslope. There should be an Intermediary Question as part of the Accepted Contract process. This would then have a REQUIRED Intermediary Notice document. There are other changes that should be done too. Have some reach out to me. Thank You, JERE BECKER

AgentHi Jere!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for reaching out! I don't have REAL's directory on hand so I've sent your feedback to our Customer Success team to relay to REAL. I've documented your feedback about having the representation type question automatically trigger intermediary checklist types. Please let me know if there are any other features you'd like to see in SkySlope and I'd be happy to review your feedback and relay to the appropriate product manager here!
Thank you!
