I have an agent who makes a file for every contract that she writes on regardless if it's been accepted or not so that she can store emails and docs for this file. I told her to store in Working Docs and she said when she forwards emails to her Skyslope email, it'll save the docs, but not the email.
If you can set it up somehow so that emails are saved when forwarded to your Skyslope email, that would be great.
