Problem: Escrow Firms Suck, SkySlope Can Do Better
Details: I want escrow firms to know how to pay me, every time I bring them business. What they do today when I bring them business is.... engage my clients... administrate the transaction... then send me a Request for a Commission Demand Letter... that should go to my brokerage. My brokerage then sends them a Demand Letter laying out how the Brokerage Wants to Be Paid and what amounts go to the brokerage, and what amounts go to me. Then Escrow asks me: how do you want to be paid. They don't have my profile typically, they don't know how I was paid last time, they don't confirm to me how I was paid last time, they don't ask me if this time will be the same... Contrast that with ordering on Amazon. Every transaction includes a review of what we set up as a profile (billing, shipping, etc.). Escrow cannot figure this out.
So, what should SkySlope do better? SkySlope should allow me to put into Contacts.... the Accounts Receivable contacts for my brokerage. SkySlope should autogenerate for me a form letter to Escrow using MY preferred payment method, its details and contacts... and the preferred payment method of my brokerage, its details, and contacts.
The final payment amounts in Washington state come from both my brokerage, and myself.
Escrow SUCKS at this... compared to Amazon anyway. It pisses me off, every time. Let's fix it for all agents.
