When adding a new criteria on the checklist tab using the "Add New" button, once you click save, you are not able to remove what you've just created. For example, what if you added a new criteria to the checklist without realizing there was already a specific spot to upload that item. Now you cannot remove the criteria you just added to the checklist, therefore it is now in two places on the checklist.
